2026 Community Consumption Rewards "Quadruple Bonus Rewards"
In response to the Macao SAR Government's "Community Consumption Rewards" program, New Yaohan will launch exclusive privileges for members from 9 October to 17 December 2026. Members who purchase New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers at the designated counters using the "Community Consumption Rewards" offers can enjoy multiple rewards including points, exclusive coupons and e-vouchers.

Promotion Period and Details:
Activity 1 [Double Points Reward]
Period: 9 October to 17 December 2026
During the promotion period, members who purchase New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers at the Promotion Counter on 4/F using coupons from the "Community Consumption Rewards" will be entitled to Double Points Reward:
Upon Purchase: Instant extra 1x points will be awarded when purchasing the vouchers at the Promotion Counter.
Upon Spending: When subsequently using the Shopping Vouchers for spending, members will earn 1x points as usual. Combined, a total of Double Points will be awarded.
Activity 2 [VIP DAYS Exclusive Shopping Coupon Reward]
Period: 9 October to 5 November 2026
During the promotion period, after purchasing New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers using the "Community Consumption Rewards", members can present the same-day printed receipt to register at the Promotion Counter to participate in an interactive game and stand a chance to get the "November VIP DAYS Exclusive Shopping Coupon".
Terms of Use: This exclusive Shopping Coupon can be used together with the "Community Consumption Rewards" offers, but cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons distributed during the VIP DAYS period.
Activity 3 [Top-up Reward]
Period: 9 October to 17 December 2026
During the promotion period, upon accumulating printed receipts reaching MOP 1,000 from purchasing New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers with the "Community Consumption Rewards", members can go to the counter on 9/F to register and redeem a MOP 25 e-Shopping Voucher.
Each member may redeem up to 3 times during the entire promotion period.
The e-Shopping Voucher is valid within 30 days from the date of collection.
Activity 4 [Scan & Top-up Online Easily]
Online purchase service for New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers will be available during the promotion period. For details, please contact the customer service of New Yaohan Online Store.

Terms and Conditions ：
1. Among the "Quadruple Bonus Rewards" under the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards" [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion], the promotion period for Activity 1 "Double Points Reward", Activity 3 "Top-up Reward" and Activity 4 "Scan & Top-up Online" is from 9 October to 17 December 2026; the promotion period for Activity 2 "VIP DAYS Early Bird Reward" is from 9 October to 5 November 2026. Participants must be New Yaohan Star Members.
2. Double Points Reward: During the promotion period, members who use e-coupons from the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards" to purchase New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers at the Promotion Counter on 4/F of New Yaohan (Opening hours: 10:00-22:00) will be entitled to an extra 1x points. The Shopping Vouchers will earn 1x points as usual when used for spending, making a total of Double Points. The extra 1x points for each purchase of Shopping Vouchers is only applicable to the amount up to three times the face value of the e-coupons obtained from the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards". No extra points will be awarded if the vouchers are not purchased with e-coupons from the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards". Opening hours are subject to on-site notice. Please refer to the back of the voucher for its validity and terms of use.
3. New Yaohan members who purchase New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers using the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards" and present an eligible printed receipt may participate in the "VIP DAYS Early Bird Reward" once and receive a "November VIP DAYS Shopping Coupon".
4. For the Gashapon event of "VIP DAYS Early Bird Reward", each natural person member may participate up to 3 times per day.
5. The "November VIP DAYS Shopping Coupons" include: MOP20 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP400), MOP30 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP600), MOP40 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP800), MOP50 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP1,000), MOP100 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP2,000), MOP150 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP3,000) and MOP250 Shopping Coupon (minimum spending of MOP5,000).
6. The "November VIP DAYS Shopping Coupons" can be used together with Shopping Vouchers purchased under the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards", but cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons distributed under other limited-time offers during the VIP DAYS period.
7. The "November VIP DAYS Shopping Coupons" are only valid at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) during the November 2026 VIP DAYS period. Expired coupons will be void. The original coupon must be presented before payment. Only one coupon can be used per transaction and per product. Splitting of bills is not allowed. The coupon will be collected by staff after use.
8. The "November VIP DAYS Shopping Coupons" are not applicable to: all products from Supermarket and Electrical Appliances Department, video game consoles and software (including Nintendo and PlayStation), Sonny Angel, Jellycat, delivery charges, alteration services, parking, all gold jewellery from Gold & Diamond Gallery, Laffayette Bakery, Challenger Car Beauty Centre, CHANEL counter, any value-added services, and cannot be used in conjunction with staff discounts of the Group, other special-priced items and other stacking discount promotions.
9. The "November VIP DAYS Shopping Coupons" cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Coupons that are stolen, lost, damaged or altered will be void and will not be reissued.
10. Top-up Reward: Members who have accumulated printed receipts of MOP1,000 from purchasing New Yaohan Shopping Vouchers with the "2026 Community Consumption Rewards" may present the receipts at the designated location to redeem a New Yaohan MOP25 e-Shopping Voucher. Each member may redeem up to 3 times during the promotion period.
11. The MOP25 e-Shopping Voucher is a no-threshold voucher, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
12. This Promotion is not applicable to any receipts without the New Yaohan logo and any value-added services. Transactions that are cancelled and refunded, and any photocopied, handwritten, expired or damaged printed receipts will not be accepted.
13. All eligible printed receipts participating in this Promotion will be stamped after registration to indicate successful participation. The same receipt number cannot be used repeatedly for this Promotion.
14. Members must provide their membership number for record when registering for this Promotion. Staff also have the right to enter relevant information into the registration system for registration purposes.
15. This Promotion is bound by the above Terms and Conditions. Members must also comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Star Membership Program. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right of final decision.
