Treasure Scoop
Golden Week’s special campaign " Treasure Scoop" will be held from 3 to 31 October 2026, with surprise activities presented every weekend in October.
Members who present receipts from the Beauty Counters on the Ground Floor and 1st Floor during the campaign period:
• A single purchase of MOP1,800 or above entitles 1 Selected Merchant Gift Voucher and 1 game ticket
• A single purchase of MOP2,800 or above entitles 2 Selected Merchant Gift Vouchers and 2 game tickets
*Each member may participate a maximum of 2 times per day.
A prize pool will be set up at the activity venue, filled with gifts sponsored by the department. Participants may use the designated scoop to scoop up gifts within a limited time. Gifts successfully scooped without dropping may be kept.
Activity Dates: 3–31 October 2026, every Saturday and Sunday (12:00–18:00)

Terms and Conditions
1. " Treasure Scoop" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") will run from 3 to 31 October 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"). Star Members of New Yaohan who make a single purchase of MOP1,800 or above at the Beauty Counters on the Ground Floor and 1st Floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) may present the machine-printed receipt at the designated activity counter to receive 1 Selected Merchant Gift Voucher and 1 game ticket. A single purchase of MOP2,800 or above entitles the member to 2 Selected Merchant Gift Vouchers and 2 game tickets. Each eligible machine-printed receipt is valid for one game participation. Each natural-person member may participate a maximum of 2 times per day. Amounts on separate machine-printed receipts cannot be combined. Gifts are available while stocks last.
2. The activity counter will be open from 12:00 to 18:00 every Saturday and Sunday during the Promotion Period.
3. If a customer requests a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the prize obtained.
4. The real-time New Yaohan Member QR code and the eligible same-day machine-printed receipt must be presented during registration. Failure to present the eligible machine-printed receipt and the real-time member QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture of the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
5. The prizes given out in this Promotion do not allow for style or color choices and cannot be exchanged for cash. No storage, change, return, or exchange services are provided for prizes. Once a prize is issued, if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or altered, it will be considered void and will not be reissued or compensated.
6. Members participating in the Promotion are obliged to ensure that all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the New Yaohan database records. Any person who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means, or disrupts the activity, will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in such violations.
7. New Yaohan shall not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure events.
8. Participation in this Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the content of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or does not accept any part of the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
