Important Notes / Remarks:

MOP 110 Coupon Terms & Conditions:
1.  The promotion period for Enjoy up to MOP110 Coupons at New Yaohan, NY8 New Yaohan and Kids Cavern in Macau (hereinafter called “Offer”) is from 1 September to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (hereinafter called “Promotion Period”).
2.  New Yaohan members can enjoy up to MOP110 electronic coupons (hereinafter called “E-Coupons”) at New Yaohan, NY8 New Yaohan and Kids Cavern (hereinafter called “Participating Stores”) upon designated spending amount with UnionPay Cards, UnionPay Mobile Pay (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, etc.) and UnionPay QR Code, after collecting the exclusive coupon pack via the "New Yaohan Member Center" Mini Program
-1 x MOP10 Electronic Shopping Voucher (applicable to all stores)
-1 x MOP50 New Yaohan Electronic Shopping Coupon upon spending of MOP500 (applicable to Nam Van Store)
-1 x MOP50 NY8 New Yaohan Electronic Shopping Coupon upon spending of MOP500 (applicable to Grand Lisboa Palace Store)
3.  Each New Yaohan member can collect the exclusive coupon pack a maximum of once per day, and up to 4 times during the Promotion Period; only one E-Coupon can be used per transaction; daily quota is limited to 100 packs on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4.  E-Coupons are not applicable during designated promotional periods, including but not limited to "Joyful Days", "VIP Days" and "Thankful Days", and cannot be used in conjunction with staff discounts, other concurrent discount activities, and are not applicable to designated products. Detailed restrictions are subject to the terms and conditions on the E-Coupons.
5.  The Offer applies to transactions settled via UnionPay Credit and Debit Cards (i.e. ATM Cards) (hereinafter called “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Mobile Pay (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, etc., hereinafter called “UnionPay Mobile Pay”) and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay APP or other mobile applications supporting UnionPay QR Code, hereinafter called “UnionPay QR Code”). In order to enjoy the Offer, Transactions must be settled via  UnionPay network with eligible UnionPay Cards.
6.  UnionPay Mobile Pay refers to binding an eligible UnionPay Card to a wallet on a mobile phone or smartwatch, and paying via designated mobile phone or smartwatch at UnionPay terminals. Cardholders must present the added eligible virtual UnionPay Card on the mobile phone or mobile device to the cashier at the time of payment, and successfully complete the payment through the UnionPay network to enjoy the Offer.
7.  UnionPay QR Code payment refers to bind an eligible UnionPay Card to a mobile application supporting UnionPay QR Code, and paying via UnionPay QR Code at UnionPay terminals. Cardholders must present the selected payment code on the mobile phone to the cashier at the time of payment, and successfully complete the payment through the UnionPay network to enjoy the Offer.

9.  Splitting of transactions is not allowed. The remaining balance after using the E-Coupon must be settled through the UnionPay network.

10.  E-Coupons are valid until 31 December 2026. E-Coupons have no cash value, can only be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and no change will be given.
11.  UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “UnionPay International”) and New Yaohan Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “New Yaohan”) are not the providers of the products or services, and shall bear no responsibility or liability for the quality of the related products or services. Any liability regarding the goods or services shall be borne solely by the designated merchants.
12.  In case of any fraud or abuse by a cardholder, UnionPay International and New Yaohan reserve the right to immediately disqualify the cardholder and reserve the right to take legal action. UnionPay International and New Yaohan reserve the right to retrieve the E-Coupons if a cardholder's eligibility is cancelled.
13.  The promotion is subject to the above terms and conditions. UnionPay International and New Yaohan reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14.  In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right of final decision.
15.  In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any other language versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
