Gourmet Stamp Rewards
Customers who spend MOP 120 or more in a single transaction at the New Yaohan Food Arcade may present their original paper receipt (issued on the same day) at the 8/F Food Court cashier counter to receive one stamp on their reward card. For every MOP 240 spent in a single transaction, customers will receive two stamps, and so on in the same multiple. Upon accumulation of 4 to 7 stamps, customers may redeem a cash discount of MOP 20 against their next purchase; upon accumulation of 8 stamps, they may redeem a cash discount of MOP 50. This card may be used only once for a single redemption tier; following redemption, the card will be retained by our staff.
Terms and Conditions
1. The “Gourmet Stamp Reward” promotion shall run from 21 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, customers making a single qualifying purchase of MOP 120 or more at the New Yaohan Food Arcade may exchange their same-day paper receipt for one stamp at the 8/F Food Court cashier counter. A purchase of MOP 240 or more entitles the customer to two stamps, and so on in proportion. Upon collecting 4 to 7 stamps, the customer may redeem a MOP 20 discount; upon collecting 8 stamps, a MOP 50 discount may be redeemed. The card may be used only once for either redemption tier, and the card will be collected by our staff upon use.
2. Receipts from online orders, Haagen-Dazs and 雀抹 counters are not eligible for stamp collection. After collecting the required number of stamps, customers must redeem their reward at the 8/F Food Arcade cashier counter; redemption is not available for online orders or self-ordering kiosks.
3. The stamp card is valid only at the New Yaohan Food Arcade on or before December 31, 2026, and will be void after that date.
4. If a customer requests a return or exchange, the relevant redemption records will be cancelled in New Yaohan's database after the return or exchange, and New Yaohan reserves the right to demand the return of any reward obtained.
5. The stamp card is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or used in conjunction with other promotions.
6. In case of theft, loss, damage, alteration, expiry, or photocopies, the stamp card will be void and will not be replaced.
7. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time; the amended terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notice. If you do not agree to any amendments or updates, or do not accept any part of these terms and conditions, you should immediately discontinue or cancel your registration. In the event of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
