【NY Summer Awards – People's Choice My Favorite Summer Item】
A voting wall for the "NY Summer Awards – People's Choice My Favorite Summer Item" has been created in the G/F of New Yaohan. During the event period, members can participate in a vote with any purchase. Choose your favorite summer item from a selection displayed on the wall and write down, "Why do you love this summer item the most?" The top ten items with the most votes will be selected as "My Favorite Summer Items," and the ten members with the most insightful answers will receive a free item. (Results will be announced on September 4th on New Yaohan's social media platforms.)

【Summer Perler Bead Fun】
New Yaohan Members can participate in the "Summer Perler Bead Fun" workshop for MOP50 (includes a MOP50 e-shopping voucher) or 1,000 NY points, experiencing the fun of perler beads and creating your own summer accessories.

Terms and Conditions
1. " Summer Rolling Fun" [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] The promotion period is from Jul 3 to Aug 31, 2026 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan Members who spend MOP300 or more in a single transaction or use 300NY points at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) can participate in this promotion by presenting their machine-printed receipt at designated promotional counters. Each eligible machine-printed receipt will be used to join the game once. Each individual member can participate a maximum of 3 times per day at each store. The amount from each machine-printed receipt cannot be accumulated. Machine-printed receipts from NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) and New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) can be used at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) before the end of the promotion. Coupons and gifts are limited in quantity and will be given out while supplies last.

Each eligible machine-printed receipt will be used to join the game once. Each individual member can participate a maximum of 3 times per day at each store. The amount from each machine-printed receipt cannot be accumulated. Machine-printed receipts from Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) and New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) can be used at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) before the end of the promotion. Coupons and gifts are limited in quantity and will be given out while supplies last.
3. The event counter will be open from 11:00 to 20:00 daily during the promotion period. Customers who make purchases outside of game hours can keep their valid machine-printed receipts and participate in the game at the game counter during the event's opening hours. Machine-printed receipts for participation on Aug 31 will expire at 19:00 on that day.
4. This Promotion does not accept receipts for purchases of New Yaohan cash coupon and gift vouchers, transactions at Deli Lafayette, Challenger Car Centre, any transactions without the New Yaohan logo, or any top-up services. Cancelled and refunded transactions are not accepted.
5. The discount coupons and gift vouchers issued in this promotion are not applicable for the purchase of discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, video game consoles and software, Sonny Angel, Jellycat, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, Shiheng Communications, delivery fee, alteration services, parking, all gold jewellery products at Gold Touch, purchases at Deli Lafayette, Challenger Car Centre, the CHANEL counter, any top-up services, and cannot be used in conjunction with group staff discounts, other discounted items, or stacked discount promotions. 6. The "NY Summer Awards – My Favorite Summer Item (People's Choice)" promotion runs from July 3 to August 31, 2026. Members can participate by making any purchase and filling out a voting form during the event period. They can vote for their favorite summer item from a selection displayed on the wall. The top ten items with the most votes will be chosen as "My Favorite Summer Item (People's Choice)," and the ten members who provide the most insightful answers will receive their chosen item for free. The results will be announced on September 4 on the New Yaohan social media platform.
7. The "Summer Perler Bead Fun" promotion runs from July 18 to August 31, 2026. New Yaohan members can register for the event by spending MOP50 (receiving a MOP50 e-shopping voucher in return) or by using 1,000 NY points in the points mall. Limited spots available, first-come, first-served.
8. Customers must be registered as New Yaohan Members to participate in this Promotion. Participants must present their real-time member QR code upon participation. Everyone may only use one personal member account to participate in the activity; multiple personal or non-personal member accounts cannot be used repeatedly, otherwise, the participant will be deemed ineligible for the redemption. Failure to complete registration within the specified time will also be considered a waiver of participation.
9. If a customer requests a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the prize obtained.
10. For order transactions, only the deposit amount paid on the day is counted. The remaining balance transaction and the final payment transaction are calculated separately. Payment must be made within the activity period to participate, and the amount paid on the day for the balance is calculated. The full amount of the installment payment will be calculated for machine-printed receipts from installment purchases.
11. All gifts, vouchers, and coupons must be redeemed on or before Aug 31, 2026; late redemptions are void.
12. All gifts, vouchers, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. The original coupon must be presented when redeeming gifts and making payments. The original coupon will be collected by staff after redemption.
13. The real-time New Yaohan Member QR code and the eligible same-day machine-printed receipt must be presented during registration. Failure to present the eligible machine-printed receipt and the real-time member QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture of the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
14. This Promotion does guarantee a 100% winning chance. All gifts are given out randomly. The total number of gifts for the entire activity is limited, while stocks last.
15. The prizes given out in this Promotion do not allow for style or color choices and cannot be exchanged for cash. No storage, change, return, or exchange services are provided for prizes. Once a prize is issued, if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or altered, it will be considered void and will not be reissued or compensated.
16. Members participating in the Promotion are obliged to ensure that all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the New Yaohan database records. Any person who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means, or disrupts the activity, will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in such violations.
17. New Yaohan shall not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure events.
18. Participation in this Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the content of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or does not accept any part of the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
