From May 29 to June 1, members with a single receipt of MOP 300 or above, or redeeming with 300 NY Points, can get one chance to play the “Children’s Day Fun Claw”!

Terms and Conditions:
1. The “Children’s Day Fun Claw” (hereinafter “Promotion”) is valid from May 29 to June 1, 2026 (hereinafter “Promotion Period”). Members may redeem one game token with a single receipt of MOP 300 or above issued during the Promotion Period at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kid’s Cavern (Nova Mall Store), or New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) (hereinafter “Promotion Venues”), or by redeeming with 300 NY Points. Each member may receive a maximum of three game tokens per day during the Promotion Period.
2. The game counter is open daily from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM during the Promotion Period. Customers who make purchases outside of game hours may keep their valid printed receipts and participate during game hours within the Promotion Period. Receipts issued on June 1, 2026 will only be accepted until 7:00 PM that day. Each game session and operation method are subject to the machine settings. Any timeout or failure to operate will be deemed a waiver. Prizes won must be taken away or exchanged as instructed by on-site staff. Game prizes are available while stocks last.
3. This Promotion does not accept receipts from the purchase of New Yaohan cash vouchers or gift vouchers, Deli Lafayette, Challenger Car Centre, or any transaction without the New Yaohan logo, nor any top-up services. Cancelled or refunded transactions are not accepted.
4. Customers must register as members before participating in the Promotion. Participants must present their own real-time member QR code. Each individual may use only one personal membership account and may not repeatedly use multiple personal or non-personal accounts. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Failure to complete registration within the specified time will also be considered a waiver.
5. If a customer requests a return or exchange, the corresponding redemption record will be cancelled in New Yaohan’s database. New Yaohan reserves the right to demand the return of any prize awarded.
6. For layaway orders, only the deposit paid on the same day will be counted. The remaining balance payment and final payment are calculated separately and must be made within the Promotion Period to qualify, based on the amount paid on that day.
7. Prizes are non-exchangeable for other styles or colors, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Storage, delivery, change, or return services will not be provided. Once a prize is given out, any loss, theft, damage, or alteration will render it void without replacement or compensation.
8. Participating members are responsible for ensuring all provided membership information is correct. All information in New Yaohan’s database shall prevail. Anyone who uses hacking or other dishonest means to alter data or disrupt the Promotion will have their participation and/or prize eligibility revoked. New Yaohan reserves the right to take legal action against those involved in violations.
9. New Yaohan shall not be held liable for any loss of computer data caused by force majeure.
By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be updated on New Yaohan’s website without individual notice. If customers do not agree to any amendment or any part of the Terms and Conditions, they should immediately cancel or cease participation. In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding this Promotion.
