May Double Cash Rebate

Throughout May, we've prepared a "May Double Cash Rebate" reward program, allowing you to redeem gift vouchers and double the surprises of your shopping experience.

New Yaohan Members accumulate 3 machine-printed receipts totaling the specified amount in each of the above departments within the month to register for three MOP50 gift vouchers each. Accumulate 3 machine-printed receipts totaling the specified amount on a given day to register for three MOP100 gift vouchers each. Each member can only redeem one type of reward during the promotion period.
*Only the actual amount paid will be counted and cannot be combined with other offers.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The "May Double Cash Rebate" [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] will be valid from May 1st to 31st, 2026. Members can participate in the rebate program by making a single purchase that reaches the specified threshold (i.e., the actual amount paid) in the following departments, provided it cannot be combined with other offers:
• Children & Toys, Ladies’ Fashion and Home & Sports departments: MOP1,500
• Men’s Fashion department: MOP2,000
• Cosmetics and Electronics department: MOP2,500
Members who accumulate 3 machine-printed receipts within a month can register to redeem 3 MOP50 gift vouchers for each department. Members who accumulate 3 machine-printed receipts on the same day can register to redeem 3 MOP100 gift vouchers for each department. Each member can only choose one rebate method during the promotion period and cannot participate in both.
2. The gift vouchers are valid only at the following departments and can be redeemed at the VIP Service Counter on the 9th floor of New Yaohan Department Store. The shopping vouchers are valid until May 31, 2026.
•MOP50/MOP100 gift vouchers are applicable to: Children & Toys, Ladies’ Fashion and Home & Sports departments
• MOP50/MOP100 gift vouchers are applicable to: Men’s Fashion department
• MOP50/MOP100 shopping vouchers are applicable to: Cosmetics and Electronics department
3. Customers must register as members to participate in the promotion. Participants must present their real-time member QR code. Each individual can only use one personal member account to participate; multiple personal or non-personal member accounts cannot be used, otherwise, the customer will not be eligible for the voucher. Failure to complete registration within the specified time will also be considered a waiver of participation.
4. All order transactions are not eligible for this promotion.
5. If a customer requests a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the prize obtained.
6. The real-time New Yaohan Member QR code and the eligible same-day machine-printed receipt must be presented during registration. Failure to present the eligible machine-printed receipt and the real-time member QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture of the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
7. Members participating in the Promotion are obliged to ensure that all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the New Yaohan database records. Any person who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means, or disrupts the activity, will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in such violations.
8. New Yaohan shall not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure events.
9. Participation in this Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the content of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or does not accept any part of the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
