Terms and Conditions:
1. The " Happy Easter Fun" promotion period is from March 23, 2026, to April 10, 2026 [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"]. New Yaohan Star Members who make a single purchase of MOP300 or more, or use 300 NY Points to redeem a game ticket at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), can present their computer-printed receipt or electronic game ticket at the designated promotion counter for one gacha game turn. Each natural person member can participate up to 3 times per day at each store (maximum 6 times per day total). Receipt amounts cannot be combined. Gifts are available in limited quantities while stocks last.
2. Registration for the "BB also Easter - Golden Egg Hunt Competition" is from March 23, 2026, to April 3, 2026. The target participants are children under 3 years old. The competition will be held on April 3, 2026, at the 1/F Garden, New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), from 11:00-12:00 (Session 1) / 16:00-17:00 (Session 2). New Yaohan members can register via the Points Mall using 10,000 NY Points or at the 9/F VIP Service Counter, New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) for MOP80. Registration slots are non-transferable, and the registered member must be present. Slots for each session are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until full.
3. The operating hours for the " Happy Easter Fun" - "Egg-citing Gacha" promotion counter are daily from 10:00 to 22:00 during the Promotion Period. Customers who make purchases outside these counter hours can keep their valid computer-printed receipts and participate during the promotion counter's operating hours within the Promotion Period. Receipts from purchases made on April 10 will only be accepted until 21:00 on that day.
4. This promotional activity does not accept transactions involving the purchase of New Yaohan Gift Vouchers, Ladurée, or Challenger Auto Beauty Centre, any receipts without the New Yaohan trademark, any top-up services, or transactions that have been cancelled or refunded.
5. Non-brand-specific shopping vouchers and discount coupons are not applicable to the purchase of discounted liquor, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, electronic game consoles and software (including Nintendo and PlayStation), Sonny Angel, Jellycat, all discounted electrical department items (and are not applicable to any interest-free installment products), Shi Heng Tong Xun products, mobile phones, computer products, Apple products, Huawei products, delivery fees, alteration fees, parking fees, all gold jewelry products from Gold Touch, purchases from Ladurée, Challenger Car Beauty Centre, CHANEL counters, any top-up services, and cannot be used in conjunction with group employee discounts, other special offer items, or discount promotions. 6. Customers must register as members before participating in the promotion. They must present their own real-time membership QR code upon participation. Each natural person can only use one personal membership account to participate and cannot repeatedly use multiple personal or non-personal membership accounts; otherwise, they will be deemed ineligible for redemption. Failure to complete registration within the specified time will also be considered a waiver of participation.
7. If customers require a return or exchange, the corresponding redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database after the return or exchange, and New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the awarded prize.
8. For pre-order transactions, only the deposit amount paid on the day will be calculated. Deposit transactions and subsequent balance payments are calculated separately and must be paid within the promotion period to be eligible. Payment dates for balance amounts are calculated based on the date of payment. Installment payment receipts will be calculated based on the total installment amount.
9. Brand-specific shopping vouchers and discount coupons are valid until April 10, 2026. Non-brand-specific shopping vouchers and discount coupons are valid until April 11, 2026. Validity is based on the date printed on the voucher; they are void after the expiry date.
10. All gifts, vouchers, and discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value if change is due. The original prize redemption voucher must be presented when redeeming gifts or making payments; the voucher will be collected by staff upon redemption.
11. When registering for the activity, the members must present their real-time New Yaohan membership QR code and a valid same-day computer-printed receipt. Failure to present a valid receipt and real-time membership QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize redemption will also be considered a waiver of the right to claim the prize, and no replacement will be issued.
12. Gift styles and colors are not selectable for gifts given out in this promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash. Storage, delivery, change, or return services are not provided. Once a prize is claimed, it is considered void if lost, stolen, damaged, or altered, and no replacement or compensation will be given.
13. Members participating in the promotion are obligated to ensure all provided member information is accurate. All information is subject to the New Yaohan database. Participation and/or prize eligibility will be voided for anyone who uses hacking or other improper means to modify data records or disrupt the activity. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in related violations.
14. New Yaohan is not responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure reasons.
15. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notice to customers. If customers do not agree with the revisions or updates to the promotion terms and conditions, or do not accept any part of the terms and conditions, they should immediately stop or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
