"My Macau Travel Diary" Terms and Conditions
1. “My Macau Travel Diary” Promotion Period: May 1 to 31, 2026. Each New Yaohan member is entitled to use only one Travel Diary to collect stamps for participation in this activity, and each Travel Diary can have a maximum of 3 redemption opportunities.
2. Customers must first register as members to participate in the promotion. When collecting the Travel Diary and stamping using printed receipts, members must present their own real-time member QR code. Each natural person may only use one personal member account to participate in the activity and may not repeatedly use multiple personal or non-personal member accounts. Otherwise, they will be considered ineligible for redemption.
3. Designated Check-in & Stamp Locations: New Yaohan (Nam Van store): G/F Check-in spot, 3/F Sports section, 6/F Toys section, 9/F Kitchen section, NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace store): VIP Counter, Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall store) cashier and New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal store) cashier.
4. For a single purchase of MOP 100 / MOP 300 / MOP 800 / MOP 1,500, customers can receive one stamp respectively. Stamps must be stamped at the VIP Counter on 9/F, New Yaohan (Nam Van store) using printed receipts issued during the promotion period. The member number on the printed receipt must match the member number registered in the Travel Diary. Each printed receipt can be used only once; otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
5. Gift Redemption Location: VIP concierge, 11/F, New Yaohan (Nam Van store).
6. After successfully collecting stamps, customers must check-in on a social media platform and show the post to the redemption staff for verification before redeeming the gift.
7. Collecting 5, 9, or 12 different exclusive stamps entitles the customer to redeem a gift once for each tier. All gifts are randomly distributed. Daily and overall promotion quantities are limited. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, without further notice.
8. Duplicate stamps will not be counted multiple times. Stamps that have been verified will not be counted again.
9. Each stamp must be placed in the corresponding blank space. Stamps that are altered or photocopied will not be accepted.
10. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
