Terms and Conditions
1. The "My Macau Travel Diary" promotion runs from May 1 to 31, 2026. Each New Yaohan Member can only use one travel diary to participate in this promotion, and each diary can earn a maximum of 3 redemption opportunities. Collect 5, 9, or 12 different exclusive stamps to redeem a gift once at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store). All gifts are randomly selected and available while supplies last. Duplicate stamps will not be counted repeatedly, and stamps already redeemed will not be counted. Each stamp must be placed in the corresponding blank space; alterations and photocopies are not allowed. Stamps that do not meet these requirements will not be counted.
2. "Golden Week Gold Card Draw" [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] The promotion period is from April 15 to May 10, 2026 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan Members who spend MOP300 or more in a single transaction or use 300NY points at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) can participate in this promotion by presenting their machine-printed receipt at designated promotional counters. Each eligible machine-printed receipt will be used to enter one draw card. Each individual member can participate a maximum of 3 times per day at each store (A total of 6 times can be participated in each day). The amount from each machine-printed receipt cannot be accumulated. Machine-printed receipts from Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) and New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) can be used at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) before the end of the promotion. Cards and gifts are limited in quantity and will be given out while supplies last.
3. The "Golden Week Gold Card Draw" event counter will be open from 11:00 to 20:00 daily during the promotion period. Customers who make purchases outside of game hours can keep their valid machine-printed receipts and participate in the game at the game counter during the event's opening hours. Machine-printed receipts for participation on May 10 will expire at 19:00 on that day.
4. This Promotion does not accept receipts for purchases of New Yaohan cash coupon and gift vouchers, transactions at Deli Lafayette, Challenger Car Centre, any transactions without the New Yaohan logo, or any top-up services. Cancelled and refunded transactions are not accepted.
5. The discount coupons and gift vouchers issued in this promotion are not applicable for the purchase of discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, video game consoles and software, Sonny Angel, Jellycat, all electrical product, delivery fee, alteration services, parking, all gold jewellery products at Gold Touch, purchases at Deli Lafayette, Challenger Car Centre, the CHANEL counter, any top-up services, and cannot be used in conjunction with group staff discounts, other discounted items, or stacked discount promotions. 6. Registration for the "Golden Week Gold Rush" will be open from April 1st to May 9th, 2026. Participants are children aged 1 to 5. Activities will be held on April 18th and 25th, and May 2nd and 9th (Saturdays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) in the garden on the 1st floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store). New Yaohan members can register using 10,000 NY points or MOP80 at the VIP Service Counter on the 9th floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store).
7. Registration for the "Mother's Day Pearl of Joy Workshop" will be open from April 1st to May 10th, 2026. The activity will be held on May 10th (Saturdays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) in the multi-functional room on the 11th floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store). New Yaohan members can register using 20,000 NY points or MOP180 at the VIP Service Counter on the 9th floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store).
8. Participants in the "Golden Week Gold Rush" and "Mother's Day Pearl of Joy Workshop" must receive an SMS or phone notification to be considered successfully registered. All members must present their real-time membership QR code or a machine-printed receipt for payment, the original confirmation SMS (not a screenshot), and the participant's ID card to verify the age of 1 to 5 years old (applicable to members participating in the "Golden Week Gold Rush"). Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until all slots are filled.
9. Customers must be registered as New Yaohan Members to participate in this Promotion. Participants must present their real-time member QR code upon participation. Everyone may only use one personal member account to participate in the activity; multiple personal or non-personal member accounts cannot be used repeatedly, otherwise, the participant will be deemed ineligible for the redemption. Failure to complete registration within the specified time will also be considered a waiver of participation.
10. If a customer requests a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the prize obtained.
11. For order transactions, only the deposit amount paid on the day is counted. The remaining balance transaction and the final payment transaction are calculated separately. Payment must be made within the activity period to participate, and the amount paid on the day for the balance is calculated. The full amount of the installment payment will be calculated for machine-printed receipts from installment purchases.
12. All gifts, vouchers, and coupons must be redeemed on or before May 10, 2026; late redemptions are void.
13. All gifts, vouchers, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. The original coupon must be presented when redeeming gifts and making payments. The original coupon will be collected by staff after redemption.
14. The real-time New Yaohan Member QR code and the eligible same-day machine-printed receipt must be presented during registration. Failure to present the eligible machine-printed receipt and the real-time member QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture of the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
15. This Promotion does guarantee a 100% winning chance. All gifts are given out randomly. The total number of gifts for the entire activity is limited, while stocks last.
16. The prizes given out in this Promotion do not allow for style or color choices and cannot be exchanged for cash. No storage, change, return, or exchange services are provided for prizes. Once a prize is issued, if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or altered, it will be considered void and will not be reissued or compensated.
17. Members participating in the Promotion are obliged to ensure that all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the New Yaohan database records. Any person who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means, or disrupts the activity, will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in such violations.
18. New Yaohan shall not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure events.
19. Participation in this Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the content of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or does not accept any part of the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
