Terms and Conditions:
1. The 2026 " Spring Festival Red Packet Rebate " [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] will run from January 1st to January 15th, 2026 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan members who meet the spending requirements at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) will receive a rebate package of e-Gift Voucher.

Reward (I): Customers who accumulate a total spending of MOP8,888 at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) will immediately receive an automatic MOP488 e-Gift Voucher package, including: (I) MOP38 e-Gift Voucher (valid only at New Yaohan Supermarket); (II) MOP50 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at New Yaohan Food Arcade); (III) MOP100 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at New Yaohan Cosmetic); (IV) MOP100 e-Gift Voucher (Valid only at New Yaohan Home & Sports Products); (V) MOP100 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at New Yaohan Children’s Fashion ､Toys and Baby Products); (VI) MOP100 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at New Yaohan Men’s & Ladies’ Fashion). 
Reward (II): During the promotion period, customers who accumulate a total spending of MOP3,888 at NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) will immediately receive an automatic e-Gift Voucher package worth MOP188, including: (I) MOP18 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at NY8 New Yaohan Supermarket); (II) MOP20 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at NY8 New Yaohan “Tea Palace”); (III) MOP50 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at NY8 New Yaohan Men’s & Ladies’ Fashion); (IV) MOP50 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at NY8 New Yaohan Home & Sports Products); (V) MOP50 e-Gift Voucher (Valid at NY8 New Yaohan Children’s Fashion ､Toys and Baby Products).
2. After meeting the spending requirements, the corresponding e-Gift Voucher will be automatically issued to the corresponding member voucher package.
3. Each member can only receive Reward (I) and Reward (II) once each during the promotion period. 
4. The e-Gift Voucher is valid from the date of receipt until February 27, 2026, and can be used at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store). Please refer to the corresponding e-Gift Voucher for detailed terms and conditions.
5. The machine-printed receipt for installment payments will be used to calculate the full amount of the installment payment.
6. Customers must register as New Yaohan members to participate in this promotion. When making a purchase, customers must present their membership number to the cashier and register their membership number. Transactions made by unregistered members will not be counted towards the cumulative spending required to receive rewards. This event does not allow corporate members to participate.
7. If a customer needs to return or exchange an item, the relevant redemption record will be cancelled in the New Yaohan database, and New Yaohan has the right to request the return of the prize.
8. Members participating in the promotion are obliged to verify the accuracy of all the membership data provided. All data is based on the New Yaohan database. Anyone who modifies data records or disrupts the promotion through hacking or other illegitimate means will be disqualified from receiving rewards. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against those involved in violations.
9. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read and understood the contents and constraints of the above terms and conditions and agree to accept them. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the contents of these terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree to the revision or updating of the promotion's terms and conditions or does not accept any content of the terms and conditions, they should immediately suspend or cancel their registration. In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right to the final interpretation and decision regarding this promotion.
