Christmas Double Rewards

Continuing the festive atmosphere of the Christmas series of events, New Yaohan will launch the " Christmas Double Rewards " event from December 21st to 31st, making you a fully experience of joyful holiday shopping atmosphere. Event details are as follows:

Promotion (I): "200% Member Points · Double e - Gift Voucher Rebate"
•Promotion Dates: December 21st to 31st, 2025
•Promotion Locations: New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store)
•Promotion Details: Customers who meet any of the following spending conditions will receive double NY points on a single purchase: 
1. Spend MOP 5,000 or more on a single transaction on beauty/skincare/fragrance.
2. Spend MOP 2,500 or more on a single transaction on electrical appliances.
3. Spend MOP 1,500 or more on a single transaction on bedding.
* Earn up to 20,000 NY points per transaction. Each member can only earn this reward once per category, with a maximum of three rewards during the promotion period.
* Reward NY points will be automatically credited to your account within 30 days after the promotion ends.

Promotion (II): "Christmas Flash Sale - 20% e - Gift Voucher Rebate for Members"
• Promotion Dates: December 24-25, 2025
• Promotion Location: New Yaohan Mobile App/WeChat Mini Program "Points Mall"
• Promotion Details: During the promotion period, members can redeem an MOP 120 e - Gift Voucher using 20,000 NY points in the New Yaohan mobile app/WeChat Mini Program "Points Mall".
 * Each member can redeem once per day, and a maximum of twice during the promotion period.
* The e-Gift Voucher is valid from January 1 to 31, 2026.

Terms and Conditions:
Promotion (I): 200% Member Points · Double e - Gift Voucher Rebate
1. The "200% Member Points · Double e - Gift Voucher Rebate " [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Activity] will be held from December 21 to December 31, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan members who meet any of the following spending conditions at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store): (1) Single purchase of MOP5,000 or more in cosmetics/skincare/perfume; (2) Single purchase of MOP2,500 or more in the electronics department; (3) Single purchase of MOP1,500 or more in bedding will receive double NY points for each purchase. 
2. A maximum of 20,000 NY points can be earned per transaction (including an additional maximum of 10,000 NY points). Each member is limited to one reward per category, with a maximum of three rewards during the promotion period.
3. NY Points will be credited to the member's account within 30 business days after the promotion ends. Orders, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted for this promotion.
4. If a customer needs to return or exchange an item, the relevant points will be cancelled in the New Yaohan database.
5. Customers must register as a New Yaohan member to participate in this promotion. At the time of purchase, customers must present their membership number to the cashier and register their membership. Transactions without a registered member will not earn additional points.
6. Machine-printed receipts for installment payments will be calculated for the entire installment amount.
7. Members participating in the promotion are obliged to verify the accuracy of all the membership data provided. All data is subject to the New Yaohan database. Anyone who modifies data records or disrupts the event through hacking or other illegitimate means will be disqualified from receiving the rebate. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against those involved in violations. 

Event (II): " Christmas Flash Sale - 20% e - Gift Voucher Rebate for Members "
8. The " Christmas Flash Sale - 20% e - Gift Voucher Rebate for Members " [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Event] will run from December 24th to 25th, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. Members can redeem an MOP120 e-Gift voucher using 20,000 NY points in the New Yaohan mobile application/WeChat mini-program "Points Mall".
9. Each member can only redeem an e-Gift voucher once per day during the event period, with a maximum of two redemptions during the event period.
10. Once an e-Gift voucher is successfully redeemed, the NY points used are non-refundable.
11. Terms and Conditions of the e-Gift voucher
11.1. This e-voucher is valid at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall), and New Yaohan Outlet.
11.2. This e-voucher is valid for a single purchase only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
11.3. This e-shopping voucher is valid from January 1st to 31st, 2026. The end date is subject to the system display. Expired vouchers will be invalid and will not be reissued.
11.4. A real-time QR code must be presented for verification when using this e-voucher; screenshots are not accepted. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
11.5. Once redeemed, this e-voucher cannot be modified or cancelled, and expired vouchers will not be reissued.
11.6. This e-voucher can be combined with other e-Gift Voucher s but not with other Shopping coupons. It is not valid during promotional periods (including New Yaohan's "Joyful Days," "VIP Days," and "Thankful Days"), nor can it be used in conjunction with employee discounts. Please consult store staff for details before use.
11.7. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right of final decision. These terms and conditions are provided in both Chinese and English; in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
12. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept the contents and terms of these terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the contents of these terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If you do not agree to the revision or update of the terms and conditions of this promotion, or do not accept any part of the terms and conditions, you should immediately suspend or cancel your registration. In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right to the final interpretation and decision of this promotion.
