Terms and Conditions
1. The "Golden Horse Instant lucky draw" period is from January 16 to February 27, 2026 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. During the Promotion Period, New Yaohan Members can participate in this promotion by presenting the receipt for each single transaction with a minimum spend of MOP 500 at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) at the designated activity counter. Each eligible receipt can only participate in the "Golden Horse Instant lucky draw" game once. Purchases made at Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall) and New Yaohan Outlet can present receipts for exchange at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store. Each member is limited to a maximum of 3 redemptions per day at the same store.
2. "Golden Horse Red Packets" Redemption Date: From February 2, 2026. Members can redeem one pack of Golden Horse Red Packets by presenting an original printed receipt for each single transaction with a minimum spend of MOP 500 at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) at the designated activity counter. The number of participations per eligible original printed receipt increases in proportion to the amount spent, with a maximum of twenty packs per original printed receipt. Original receipts from Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall) and New Yaohan Outlet can be presented at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) for redemption before the end of the activity period. Quantities are limited. Redemption ends when stock is depleted.
3. "New Year Garden Fair" Promotion Period: From January 16 to February 27, 2026. During the Promotion Period, Members can exchange 500 NY Points for one game coupon. Members can then proceed to the New Yaohan1st Floor Garden and present the game coupon at the "New Year Garden Fair" to participate in various games and win prizes. Each member is limited to redeeming a maximum of three game coupons per day. Each game coupon is valid for participation in one game only. Prizes are limited. The activity ends when stock is depleted.
4. The activity counters for "Golden Horse Instant lucky draw", "Golden Horse Red Packets" and "New Year Garden Fair " are open daily from 11:00 to 20:00 during the Promotion Period. Customers who make purchases outside these counter operating hours may retain their valid original printed receipts and participate at the game counters during the operating hours within the Promotion Period. For purchases made on February 27 intended for participation in "Golden Horse Instant lucky draw" and "New Year Garden Fair", only original printed receipts dated and issued up to 19:00 on that day will be accepted.
5. This Promotion does not accept receipts for purchases of New Yaohan gift vouchers, transactions at Galeries Lafayette Bakery, Challenger Car Centre, any transactions without the New Yaohan logo, or any top-up services. Cancelled and refunded transactions are not accepted.
6. The shopping coupon and gift voucher in the Scratch cards are not applicable for the purchase of discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, video game consoles and software, Sonny Angel, Jellycat, all electrical product, delivery fee, alteration services, parking, all gold jewellery products at Gold Touch, purchases at Galeries Lafayette Bakery, Challenger Car Centre, the CHANEL counter, any top-up services, and cannot be used in conjunction with group staff discounts, other discounted items, or stacked discount promotions. 7. Some Scratch cards contain two types of rewards. The customer must first redeem Reward 1. Then, after New Yaohan staff stamps the designated area for Reward 2, Reward 2 will become valid for use. The original Scratch card must be presented before payment to use either reward. Only one Scratch card reward may be used per transaction and per item. Reward 1 and Reward 2 cannot be used simultaneously and cannot be split across separate transactions. The card will be retained by New Yaohan staff after use.
8. Customers must be registered as New Yaohan Members to participate in this Promotion. Participants must present their personal real-time membership QR code for verification. Each individual natural person may only use one personal membership account to participate in the activity. Repeated use of multiple personal or non-personal membership accounts is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in disqualification from redemption. Failure to complete registration within the specified time frame will also be considered a forfeiture of participation rights.
9. If a customer requests a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the prize obtained.
10. For order transactions, only the deposit amount paid on the day is counted. The remaining balance transaction and the final payment transaction are calculated separately. Payment must be made within the activity period to participate, and the amount paid on the day for the balance is calculated. The full amount of the installment payment will be calculated for machine-printed receipts from installment purchases.
11. All Scratch cards and red packets must be redeemed on or before February 27, 2026; late redemptions are void.
12. All gifts, vouchers, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. The original coupon must be presented when redeeming gifts and making payments. The original coupon will be collected by staff after redemption.
13. The real-time New Yaohan Member QR code and the eligible same-day machine-printed receipt must be presented during registration. Failure to present the eligible machine-printed receipt and the real-time member QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture of the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
14. This Promotion guarantee a 100% winning chance. All gifts are given out randomly. The total number of gifts for the entire activity is limited, while stocks last.
15. The prizes given out in this Promotion do not allow for style or color choices and cannot be exchanged for cash. No storage, change, return, or exchange services are provided for prizes. Once a prize is issued, if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or altered, it will be considered void and will not be reissued or compensated.
16. Members participating in the Promotion are obliged to ensure that all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the New Yaohan database records. Any person who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means, or disrupts the activity, will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in such violations.
17. New Yaohan shall not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure events.
18. Participation in this Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the content of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or does not accept any part of the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
