Terms and Conditions
1. New Yaohan Star Members can redeem an admission ticket for the " Sparkling Garden Party" using 20,000 NY points in the Points Mall within the "New Yaohan Member Centre" WeChat Mini Program or the "New Yaohan" mobile app from December 15 to December 31, 2025.
2. The promotion event will be held at the Garden on the 1st Floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store). The event time is December 31, 16:00-19:00. Each member is allowed to redeem only once. Places are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close once full.
3. The spot is non-transferable and must be attended by the registered member who signed up for the event. Each admission ticket is limited to one participant, and attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Participants must present a real-time membership QR code and the original identification document for identity and age verification. If unable to present these, New Yaohan reserves the right to refuse entry. Personal data collected is solely for confirming registration, admission, and verification purposes by New Yaohan. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
4. After the admission ticket is verified on the event day, the member will automatically receive one MOP100 e-shopping voucher within 7 business days.
5. The issued e-shopping voucher is applicable at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kids' Cavern (NOVA Mall Store), and New Yaohan Outlet Stores.
6. The e-shopping voucher is valid for single transactions only, can be combined with other vouchers of the same type but cannot be used together with shopping discount coupons or staff discounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for change. Once redeemed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
7. The e-shopping voucher must be used on or before January 31, 2026. The expiration is subject to system display, and expired vouchers will not be reissued or extended. A real-time QR code must be presented for verification upon use; screenshots are not accepted.
8. In the event of severe weather, special circumstances, or force majeure, New Yaohan reserves the right to cancel, change the event time, or modify the rules without prior notice.
9. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notice to customers. If customers disagree with the revision or update method of the promotion terms and conditions, or do not accept any part of the terms and conditions, they should immediately cease or cancel their registration. New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding any disputes related to this event.
