Terms and Conditions:
1. " Baby Christmas Party " [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Activity] The promotion period is from December 15 to 25, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. During the Promotion Period, members can redeem an e-ticket for the “Baby Christmas Party " event using 10,000 NY points in the "New Yaohan" mobile application or the "New Yaohan Member Center" points mall on WeChat mini-program.
2. The promotional event will be held in the garden on the first floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) on December 25, 2025, from 11:00-12:00 (Session 1) and 16:00-17:00 (Session 2). Each member is limited to participating in one session and registering once and must bring one child under 3 years old. Members must present their real-time membership QR code upon participation. Places are limited for each session and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Places are non-transferable and must be attended by the registered members.
3. Once the e-voucher is successfully redeemed, the session cannot be changed, and the NY points used are non-refundable.
4. Competition Rules: Various gifts and props will be placed on track. Children must select any item on the track and place it in their toy shopping cart within one minute. Gifts received will be based on the number of gifts in the cart at the end of the countdown. Gifts can be taken home immediately. Item selection and cart loading must be completed independently by the child. Parents may encourage but cannot do it for them; otherwise, it will be considered a forfeit.
5. In case of inclement weather, special circumstances, or force majeure, New Yaohan reserves the right to cancel or change the event time or rules without prior notice.
6. Members participating in the above promotional activities are obliged to verify the accuracy of all provided membership data. All data is based on the New Yaohan database. Anyone who modifies data records or disrupts the event through hacking or other illegitimate means will be disqualified from participation and/or winning. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against those involved in violations. New Yaohan is not liable for any loss of computer data due to force majeure.
7. By participating in the above promotional activities, customers are deemed to have read and understood the contents and constraints of the above terms and conditions, and agree to accept such terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the contents of the terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree to the revision or updating of the promotional terms and conditions or does not accept any content of the terms and conditions, they should immediately suspend or cancel their registration. In case of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right to the final interpretation and decision regarding this promotion.
