Get a Christmas Gift Card at the game counter, then visit designated counters to collect rewards. Terms and Conditions
1.The 2025 "25 Days - Advent Calendar" [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] period is from December 1, 2025, to December 25, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan Members can participate in this promotion by presenting the machine-printed receipt for any purchase at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), and Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) at the designated activity counter. Each eligible machine-printed receipt can only participate in the "Catch and Win" game once.. Purchases made at New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) can present receipts for exchange at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store). Each member is limited to a maximum of 3 redemptions per day at the same store.
2.The game counter will be open daily from 11:00 to 20:00 during the promotion period. Customers who make purchases outside these hours can keep their valid machine-printed receipts and redeem them at the game counter during the open hours within the Promotion Period.
3.This Promotion does not accept receipts for purchases of New Yaohan gift vouchers, transactions at Galeries Lafayette Bakery, Challenger Car Centre, any transactions without the New Yaohan logo, or any top-up services. Cancelled and refunded transactions are not accepted.
4.The discount coupon issued in this Promotion are not applicable for the purchase of discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, video game consoles and software, Sonny Angel, Jellycat, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, and Shiheng Communications, delivery fee, alteration services, parking, all gold jewellery products at Gold Touch, purchases at Galeries Lafayette Bakery, Challenger Car Centre, the CHANEL counter, any top-up services, and cannot be used in conjunction with group staff discounts, other discounted items, or stacked discount promotions. 5.The e-gift coupon issued in this Promotion are not applicable for the purchase of discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, video game consoles and software, Sonny Angel, Jellycat, all electrical product, delivery fee, alteration services, parking, all gold jewellery products at Gold Touch, purchases at Galeries Lafayette Bakery, Challenger Car Centre, the CHANEL counter, any top-up services, and cannot be used in conjunction with group staff discounts, other discounted items, or stacked discount promotions. 6.Before using the Grand Emperor Hotel deluxe room voucher, the Royal Robatayaki dining voucher, and the Macau Lisboa dining cash voucher given away during the promotion, please read the terms and conditions of the redemption letter/voucher. 7.Coupons and gift voucher given out during promotional activities are not valid during the promotional period (including New Yaohan's "Joyful Days," "VIP Days," and "Thankful Days"). Please inquire with store staff for details before use.
8.The original coupon must be presented before payment to be used. Only one coupon can be used per transaction and per product. Coupons cannot be split. Coupons will be collected by store staff after use.
9.Customers must be registered as New Yaohan Members to participate in this Promotion.
10.If a customer requests a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of the prize obtained.
11.For order transactions, only the deposit amount paid on the day is counted. The remaining balance transaction and the final payment transaction are calculated separately. Payment must be made within the activity period to participate, and the amount paid on the day for the balance is calculated.
12.The full amount of the installment payment will be calculated for machine-printed receipts from installment purchases.
13.All gifts, vouchers, and coupons must be redeemed on or before December 25, 2025; late redemptions are void. The validity period of all e-coupons is subject to the system display. Expired coupons will be void and will not be reissued.
14.All gifts, vouchers, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
15.The original coupon must be presented when redeeming gifts and making payments. The original coupon will be collected by staff after redemption.
16.The real-time New Yaohan Member QR code and the eligible same-day machine-printed receipt must be presented during registration. Failure to present the eligible machine-printed receipt and the real-time member QR code will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture of the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
17.The real-time QR code must be presented for verification when using all e-coupons issued for this activity; screenshots are not accepted. Once redeemed, e-coupons cannot be modified or cancelled. Expired coupons will not be reissued.
18.This Promotion does not guarantee a 100% winning chance. All gifts are given out randomly. The total number of gifts for the entire activity is limited, while stocks last.
19.The prizes given out in this Promotion do not allow for style or color choices and cannot be exchanged for cash. No storage, change, return, or exchange services are provided for prizes. Once a prize is issued, if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or altered, it will be considered void and will not be reissued or compensated.
20.Members participating in the Promotion are obliged to ensure that all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the New Yaohan database records. Any person who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means, or disrupts the activity, will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in such violations.
21.New Yaohan shall not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure events.
22.E-coupons and cash vouchers are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please refer to the e-cash vouchers for details.
23.All members understand and accept that all products and/or services are provided by participating merchants, and New Yaohan shall not bear any responsibility. All responsibilities related to the participating products and/or services (including but not limited to their quality and supply) are solely borne by the participating merchants.
24.Participation in this Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the content of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or does not accept any part of the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this activity.
