Terms and Conditions
【Clawing Fun】
1. The " Clawing Fun" [hereafter referred to as the "Promotion"] period is from October 25 to October 26, 2025 [hereafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"]. Customers who successfully register as a New Yaohan member before or during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one "Fun Claw Machine" game voucher [hereafter referred to as the "Game Voucher"] in their member account coupon wallet. Present the Game Voucher at the Kid's Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) game counter [hereafter referred to as the "Game Counter"] to exchange for one game token. Each member is limited to one token per day during the Promotion Period.
2.Members can present any same-day machine-printed receipt to exchange for one game token and receive one MOP30 shopping voucher (applicable for single transactions of MOP500 or more). Each member is limited to one token and one shopping voucher per day during the Promotion Period.
3.Members who, during the Promotion Period, complete the steps of following New Yaohan's official Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, or Xiaohongshu accounts, liking and commenting on the promotional post, can visit the Game Counter during the Promotion Period to exchange for one " Clawing Fun " game token free of charge. Each member is limited to participating once during the Promotion Period.
4.The Game Counter is open daily from 11:00-12:00 during the Promotion Period. Customers who shop outside game hours can keep their valid machine-printed receipt and participate at the Game Counter during the open game hours within the Promotion Period. Game duration and operation method are subject to the machine settings; failure to operate within the time limit will be considered a forfeit. Prizes grabbed from the machine must be taken by the customer or exchanged as instructed by on-site staff. Prizes are limited and available while supplies last.
5.All e-vouchers issued for this activity require presentation of a real-time QR code for verification upon use. Screenshots are not accepted. Vouchers cannot be modified or cancelled once redeemed, and no replacements will be issued for expired vouchers.
6.If a customer requires a return or exchange of goods, the related redemption record will be voided in the New Yaohan database, and New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of any prize obtained.
7.For deposit orders, only the deposit amount paid on the day is counted. The remaining balance transaction and the final payment transaction are calculated independently and must be paid during the Promotion Period to participate, with the calculation based on the remaining balance paid on the transaction day.
【Shopping Voucher】
1.Vouchers issued for this Promotion must be used on or before October 26, 2025. Vouchers are void after the expiry date.
2.Vouchers issued for this Promotion are only valid for single transactions with a minimum spend of MOP500 or above. Only one voucher can be used per transaction and must be presented before payment.
3.Vouchers issued for this Promotion are only valid at Kid's Cavern (NOVA Mall Store). They are not applicable for designated counters or products. Please inquire with store staff for details.
4.Vouchers issued for this Promotion are only valid if stamped with the New Yaohan seal and bearing a valid date.
5.Vouchers issued for this Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. No replacements will be issued for lost, stolen, damaged, or altered vouchers.
6.Vouchers issued for this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Members participating in the above Promotion are obligated to ensure all provided member information is accurate. All information shall be based on the data in the New Yaohan database. New Yaohan reserves the right to disqualify the participation and/or prizes of any individual found using hacking or other illegitimate means to modify data records or undermine the Promotion. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent activities. New Yaohan shall not be held liable for any loss of computer data due to force majeure.
Participation in the above Promotion signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms and Conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notice to customers. If a customer does not agree with the revision or update method of the Promotion Terms and Conditions, or does not accept any content within the Terms and Conditions, the customer should immediately discontinue participation or cancel their registration. New Yaohan reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding this Promotion.
