1. The 2025 " New Yaohan x New Era Fans Calling Event " [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] promotion period is from September 14 to October 6, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan members who purchase any New Era cap and register at a designated location with the machine-printed receipt to enjoy one free limited-edition hot stamping service.
2. Customers must first join the "New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme" to participate in this promotion.
3. "Exclusive Hot Stamping" service: A machine-printed receipt is available to receive a limited number of complimentary heat transfer fabric patches (one of your choice; additional patches will be purchased at your own expense). Hot stamping services must meet technical requirements, which will be confirmed by on-site staff. The time required for hot stamping varies depending on the situation and takes approximately one hour. Please wait for the staff's instructions. This service is customized. Once hot stamping is completed, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or have its hot stamping style or placement modified. Customers must confirm the hot stamping before confirming the hot stamping. The hot stamping effect on the poster is for reference only. Due to the shape and material of the hat, the finished product will not be exactly the same. Slight variations are within the scope of the customized service and will not be refunded or exchanged. Registration for the event constitutes acceptance of the associated risks.
4. During the promotion period, New Yaohan members who spend MOP600 or more on New Era products at New Yaohan or NY8 New Yaohan can register at designated locations and receive a free travel bag set or basketball. Quantities are limited and available while stocks last. Registered machine-printed receipts cannot be reused.
5. When registering, you must present the New Yaohan member real-time QR code and the eligible machine-printed receipt. If you cannot present the eligible machine-printed receipt and member real-time QR code, you will be deemed to be ineligible for the event. Late registration will also be deemed to have waived the right to use and will not be reissued.
6. During the promotion period, New Yaohan members who check in at New Yaohan, NY8 New Yaohan and New Era large-scale installations, take photos and share them on their personal social media platforms with the tag "New Yaohan" will receive a New Era exquisite gift. Each member is limited to one redemption, and the number is limited and will be given away while stocks last.
7. If the customer needs to return or exchange the goods, the relevant redemption record will be cancelled on the New Yaohan database after the return or exchange, and New Yaohan has the right to request the return of the prizes received.
8. Members participating in the promotion are obliged to confirm that all the member information provided is correct. All information is subject to the New Yaohan database information. If any person modifies the data record by hacking or other improper means to destroy the event, his/her participation will be invalidated.
