Summer Carnival
This July and August, the "Summer Carnival" is here, and New Yaohan has prepared a series of exciting activities for you. The first wave is the ultra-thrilling "Beat the timer" game from July 14th to 31st, testing your reflexes and skills—gifts and coupons await!
【Super simple gameplay】
-During the event, members who make a single purchase of MOP280 or more can participate in the " Beat the timer " game at the main entrance next to the FRESH counter on the ground floor.
-Press the timer with your back turned to start, then press it again to stop—the number on the display will determine your gift!
-The corresponding numbered drawer holds various gifts or coupons for you to take away instantly!

Terms and Conditions
1. The "Summer Carnival – Beat the Timer" [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"] is valid from July 14 to July 31, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"]. New Yaohan Star Members [hereinafter referred to as "Members"] who make a single purchase of MOP280 or above at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kids Cavern (NOVA Mall Store), or New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) are eligible to participate in the game once per day at the game counter on the ground floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store). Each member is limited to one game per day.
2. Excluded transactions for this Promotion include: purchases of New Yaohan gift vouchers, purchases at Lafayette Shop or Challenger Car Beauty Center, any receipts without the New Yaohan logo, value-added services, canceled transactions, and refunded purchases.
3. The game is open daily from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM during the Promotion Period. Customers who make purchases outside these hours may keep their valid printed receipts and participate during the next available game session within the Promotion Period. Each member is limited to one game per day.
4. Game Rules: Participants must press the "Start" button with their back turned to activate the timer, then press the button again to stop it. The timer will display a final number, which determines the prize. Prizes are limited and subject to availability. New Yaohan reserves the right to substitute prizes.
5. New Yaohan reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in cheating, collusion, or misconduct, and may withhold prizes accordingly.
6. Shopping vouchers and coupons issued under this Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Validity periods are system-determined, and expired vouchers will not be reissued. Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
7. Vouchers and coupons from this Promotion cannot be used for: supermarkets, discounted liquor, cigarettes, cigars, baby formula, gaming consoles & software (including Nintendo & PlayStation), Sonny Angel, Jellycat, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, World Telecom, delivery fees, alterations, parking, GOLD TOUCH, Lafayette Shop, Challenger Car Beauty Center, CHANEL counters, any value-added services, or combined with staff discounts. Other exclusions may apply—please check with staff before use.
8. Participants must register or activate their membership before joining the Promotion. A real-time membership QR code and a valid printed receipt must be presented upon registration. Failure to provide these will result in disqualification.
9. All e-vouchers issued under this Promotion must be redeemed by scanning a real-time QR code (screenshots are not accepted). Once redeemed, vouchers cannot be modified or canceled, and expired vouchers will not be reissued.
10. If a customer requests a return or exchange, the corresponding redemption record will be voided in New Yaohan’s database, and New Yaohan may require the return of any prize received.
11. For deposit payments, only the paid deposit amount on the transaction day counts toward eligibility. The remaining balance must be paid within the Promotion Period to qualify, and only the paid amount on that day will be counted.
12. For installment payments, the full amount on the printed receipt will be counted.
13. Members who participate in New Yaohan’s social media GIVEAWAY and complete the required steps will receive +1 additional game chance for "Beat the Timer." Limited to one extra chance per member.
14. Participants must ensure all membership details provided are accurate. New Yaohan’s database records shall prevail. Any tampering (e.g., hacking) to alter data or disrupt the Promotion will result in disqualification. New Yaohan reserves the right to take legal action against violators.
15. New Yaohan shall not be liable for any data loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
16. By participating, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates posted on its website without individual notice. Customers who disagree with any revisions should discontinue participation. All disputes are subject to New Yaohan’s final decision.
