Terms and Conditions:
1. The Summer Carnival—Summer Blind Box Challenge [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"] runs from August 18 to 31, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"]. New Yaohan Star Members [hereinafter referred to as "Members"] with any purchase at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store), or New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) can redeem 1 blind box at the New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) Ground Floor Game Counter or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) Game Counter. Each member can redeem up to 3 blind boxes per day. Limited quantities, while stocks last.
2. This Promotion does not apply to purchases of New Yaohan cash vouchers, purchases at La Boutique de Joël Robuchon, Challenger Car Center, or any transactions without the New Yaohan logo, as well as any value-added services. Cancelled or refunded transactions are not eligible.
3. The game counters are open daily from 11:30–20:00 during the Promotion Period. Customers who shop outside these hours may keep their valid receipts and claim blind boxes during the Promotion Period’s game hours. Each member can claim up to 3 blind boxes per day.
4. Staff will distribute blind boxes in a predetermined order. Customers may not specify, select, touch, shake, or squeeze the blind boxes. Any cheating, disruption, or misconduct may result in disqualification from the Promotion and denial of blind boxes.
5. Shopping vouchers and discount coupons issued in this Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or change. Validity is based on system records; expired vouchers will not be reissued. Gift items cannot be exchanged or returned.
6. Shopping vouchers and discount coupons issued in this Promotion cannot be used for discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, baby formula, gaming consoles and software (including Nintendo and PlayStation), Sonny Angel, Jellycat, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, World Telecom, delivery fees, alterations, parking, Golden Diamond Plaza gold products, La Boutique de Joël Robuchon, Challenger Car Beauty Center, CHANEL counters, any value-added services, or combined with staff discounts or other promotional offers. Please check with staff before use.
7. Customers must be registered or activated as members to participate. Registration requires presenting a real-time member QR code and a valid receipt. Failure to provide these will disqualify participation.
8. Electronic vouchers issued in this Promotion must be redeemed by presenting a real-time QR code. Screenshots are not accepted. Once redeemed, vouchers cannot be modified or cancelled, and expired vouchers will not be reissued.
9. For returns or exchanges, related redemption records will be voided in New Yaohan’s database, and New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of prizes.
10. For deposit transactions, only the paid deposit amount on the day counts. The remaining balance must be paid during the Promotion Period to qualify, and the paid amount on the day will be calculated.
11. For installment payments, the full amount on the receipt will be counted.
12. Participating in New Yaohan’s social media GIVEAWAY and completing specified steps grants 1 additional "Summer Blind Box Challenge" chance per member. On Sundays (August 3, 10, 17 & 24), from 12:00 noon, members can check in with "Summer Blind Box Challenge" on Xiaohongshu at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) to receive 1 free ice pop. Limited quantities, while stocks last. Each member can claim once per day.
13. Members participating in the Promotion must ensure all provided details are accurate. New Yaohan’s database records are final. Any tampering or fraudulent activity will void participation and/or prizes. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against violators.
14. New Yaohan is not responsible for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
15. Participation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates posted on its website without individual notice. Customers who disagree should cease participation or deregister. New Yaohan holds final interpretation and decision rights for this Promotion.
