Customer purchase with OCBC Macau credit card at either "New Yaohan" (Nam Van store) or "NY8 New Yaohan" (Grand Lisboa Palace store) accumulating a total of MOP 1,500 on the same day, can redeem a MOP50 New Yaohan cash coupon ("Reward"). 

Promotion period: from 1 July 2025 to 30 August 2025 (both dates inclusive).

Terms & Conditions

1.    The promotion period: from 1 July 2025 to 30 August 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2.    The offer is applied to OCBC Macau cardholders except Business Platinum Card, VISA Debit Card and Web Dollar.
3.    During the promotional period, customer purchase with OCBC Macau credit card at either "New Yaohan" (Nam Van store) or "NY8 New Yaohan" (Grand Lisboa Palace store) accumulating a total of MOP 1,500 on the same day, can redeem a MOP50 New Yaohan cash coupon ("Reward"). Each transaction must be MOP 200 or above, and must be purchased by same credit card; a maximum of 2 credit card receipts can be accumulated from different merchants. The transaction amounts at "New Yaohan " and " NY8 New Yaohan" cannot be combined.
4.    During the entire promotional period, each eligible credit card can redeem rewards a maximum of 5 coupons. If the cardholder redeems more than 5 coupons, the bank reserves the right to deduct the original value of the redeemed rewards from the credit card account after the promotional period ends without further notice.
5.    The quantity of cash coupon is limited, and they are on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies last.
6.    The Coupon redemption counter for "New Yaohan" is located at the 9th floor VIP service counter, and In-store VIP service center for "NY8 New Yaohan". Coupon can only be redeemed at the designated coupon redemption counter at " New Yaohan" or " NY8 New Yaohan" on the same day of the transaction. Customer must present the eligible credit card or payment record along with the original receipt to redeem the reward. The credit card number and cardholder's name on the receipt must be same as the presented eligible credit card or payment record; overdue redemptions are invalid. All original transaction receipts used for this promotion will be stamped to indicate successful redemption.
7.    Merchant staff have the right to record the eligible credit card number and information on the transaction receipt for the purpose of redeeming cash coupons. If participants do not accept this arrangement, they will be considered to have forfeited their participation in this program.
8.    This promotion does not accept invoices, receipts, or transaction slips related to the following merchants or transactions: purchases of New Yaohan cash coupons, expenses at Deli Lafayette and Challenger Car Beauty Center, and any transactions without the New Yaohan trademark on the machine-printed invoice and any value-added services.
9.    Cash coupons must be authorized and stamped on the back by the merchant to be valid. If lost or damaged, they will not be reissued. Cash coupons do not have a minimum spending requirement and are not redeemable for cash; cash coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The use of cash vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions set by the merchant; for details, please refer to the back of the cash voucher. 
10.    This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers from the bank.
11.    If a cardholder has redeemed/received a reward and the transaction has been cancelled, the bank has the right to deduct the coupon amount from the credit card account without further notice. In cases of fraud or any fraudulent activity, the bank will immediately deduct the amount from the credit card account without further notice.
12.    Cardholders must retain all original documents related to the transaction. In case of any disputes, the bank reserves the right to request the cardholder to provide the original transaction receipt and/or other relevant original documents or evidence for verification; submitted documents or evidence will not be returned.
13.    OCBC Bank (Macau) Limited does not make any guarantees on the merchants’ services and the quality of their products.
14.    In the event of any dispute, OCBC Bank (Macau) Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
15.    Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
