1. The 2025 " New Yaohan x Stanley Fans Calling Event " [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion] promotion period is from June 23 to August 13, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period]. New Yaohan members who purchase any Stanley Cup at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) can register at the designated location with the machine-printed receipt and enjoy a free limited laser engraving service once.
2. Customers must first join the "New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme" to participate in this promotion.
3. The " Seal It Yours " service is subject to the engraving specifications, and the engraving content must meet the technical requirements. The specific requirements will be confirmed by the on-site staff. The time required for engraving varies depending on the situation. The process takes 1 to 3 hours. Please wait in accordance with the staff's instructions. This service is customized. Once the engraving is completed, the product cannot be returned or the engraving content cannot be modified. Customers must carefully check the text before confirming the engraving and are obliged to confirm that all the information provided is correct. The engraving on the display is for reference only. Due to the shape and material of the cup, the finished product will not be exactly the same. If there are slight differences, this is within the reasonable scope of customized services. No returns will be made. Guests registering for the event are deemed to accept the relevant risks.
4. New Yaohan has the right to refuse to print any political propaganda and illegal content, including but not limited to text, image, design trademarks that infringe on the copyright of others or illegal content involving indecent, obscene and insulting content. If the company prints illegal content for customers without knowing it, the company has the right to recover all losses from the relevant persons and demand reasonable compensation.
5. During the promotion period, New Yaohan members who spend MOP800 or more on Stanley products at New Yaohan and NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) can register at designated locations with their receipts and receive a free Stanley practical accessory. This reward is not limited to the number of orders. If the machine-printed receipt has been registered, it cannot be reused.
6. During the promotion period, New Yaohan members who check in at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) and Stanley large-scale installations and take photos and share them on their personal social platforms with the tag "New Yaohan" will receive a limited-edition eco-friendly bag.
