1. The 2025 "1 Point = Cash" x "Weekend Rewards" [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"] runs from June 9 to June 15, 2025 [the "Promotion Period"]. New Yaohan members can redeem one electronic game ticket by using 1 membership point or with a single transaction of MOP 500 or more. The electronic game ticket can be used at the Promotion counter on the ground floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) to participate in the Promotion. Members must log in to the New Yaohan APP or WeChat Mini Program’s Points Mall to redeem one electronic game ticket with 1 membership point. Vouchers and coupons obtained via 1-point redemption are valid only on the day of issuance. For same-day single transactions of MOP 500 or more, members can log in to the WeChat Mini Program and register in the event section to redeem an electronic game ticket. Vouchers and coupons obtained through this method are valid only from June 13 to 15, 2025. Each member may redeem a maximum of one electronic game ticket per day, with a daily participation limit of two times in total. All electronic game tickets are valid only from 10:00-22:00 on the day of issuance.
2. Electronic discount coupons [hereinafter "e-Coupons"] issued under this Promotion are applicable only at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and cannot be used for purchases from the 7th-floor supermarket, Chanel counters, discounted alcohol, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula, gaming consoles and software, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, World Tone Communications, delivery fees, alterations, any prepaid services, or combined with staff discounts, other promotional items, or stacked discount offers. For details, please inquire with staff before use.
3. Customers must be registered New Yaohan members to participate in this Promotion.
4. For returns or exchanges, the corresponding membership points will be voided in New Yaohan’s database, and New Yaohan reserves the right to reclaim any awarded prizes.
5. All electronic game tickets are valid only from 10:00-22:00 on the day of issuance. Expired tickets will not be reissued or compensated.
6. All e-Coupons and e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for change.
7. All e-Coupons and e-Vouchers have specific validity periods or designated usage dates. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the coupons/vouchers for details.
8. During event registration, members must present the real-time QR code of the electronic game ticket. Failure to do so will disqualify them from participation. Late registrations will be considered forfeited without reissue.
9. This Promotion guarantees a 100% winning rate, with all prizes awarded randomly. Prizes are limited and available while supplies last.
10. Participating members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their membership details. New Yaohan’s database records shall prevail. Any individuals found manipulating data through hacking or other improper means will have their participation and/or prizes revoked. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against such violations.
11. New Yaohan shall not be liable for any data loss due to force majeure events.
12. All e-Coupons and e-Vouchers are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please review the details on the coupons/vouchers.
13. Participation in this Promotion constitutes the customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, with changes posted on the New Yaohan website without individual notice. Customers who disagree with the amendments or any part of these terms should immediately discontinue or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan retains final interpretation and decision-making authority over this event.
