[Shopping Baby]
1. The " Shopping Baby " [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"] promotion period is from May 24th to May 31st, 2025 [hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"]. Members who make a single purchase of MOP500 or above at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store, Floors 5-6) or Kid's Cavern (Grand Lisboa Palace Store and NOVA Mall Store) during the Promotion Period can register via the "Event Registration" section in the "New Yaohan Member Center" WeChat Mini Program.
2. This Promotion does not apply to purchases of New Yaohan gift cards, transactions without the New Yaohan brand (e.g., Lafayett, Challenger Car Care Center), or any prepaid services. Refunded or canceled transactions are not eligible.
3. The event will take place at the 1st-floor garden of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) on June 1st, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Each member can register for once and bring one child under 3 years old. Successful registration requires an SMS confirmation. On the event day, members must present their real-time membership QR code and the original confirmation SMS (no screenshots). Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. If customers request a refund or exchange, the related registration records will be voided in New Yaohan's database, and New Yaohan reserves the right to cancel the registered session.
5. Children will have 3 minutes to select items from the left shelf and use a provided shopping cart to transport them to the checkout counter on the right. All successfully delivered on the table items can be taken home. Children must complete the task independently; parents may encourage but cannot assist, or the entry will be disqualified.
6. New Yaohan reserves the right to cancel, modify the event time, or adjust rules due to inclement weather, special circumstances, or force majeure, without prior notice.
7. sMembers participating in the above promotions must ensure all provided membership details are accurate. All records are subject to New Yaohan's database. Any individuals found manipulating records or disrupting the event through hacking or improper means will have their participation and/or prize eligibility voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against violators. New Yaohan is not responsible for any data loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. By participating, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates posted on its official website. No individual notifications will be sent. Customers who disagree with any revisions should immediately discontinue participation or cancel their registration. In case of disputes, New Yaohan's decision is final.
