Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from April 28 to May 9, 2025. Members who join the New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme and spend MOP500 or more on the same day at New Yaohan(Nam Van Store) 、NY8 New Yaohan(Grand Lisboa Palace Store) 、Kid’s  Cavern(NOVA Mall) and New Yaohan Outlet will automatically receive a " Ring Tossing " or " Gashapon " game coupon in the coupon package of their member account. Each member can receive it once per store per day. The maximum daily limit for New Yaohan(Nam Van Store), Kid’s  Cavern(NOVA Mall) and New Yaohan Outlet is 2 game coupons, while the maximum daily limit for NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa) is 1 game coupon. New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) and New Yaohan Outlet are considered the same quota. For example, if a member spends MOP500 or more in a single transaction at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), he/she will be issued a game coupon; if a member spends a certain amount at New Yaohan Outlet on the same day, he/she will not be issued a coupon, and vice versa.
2.  In addition, from April 28 to May 9, 2025, if you spend MOP3,000 or more (up to three machine-printed receipts) at NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa) or New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), you can register for the  pearl jewelry DIY workshop [hereinafter referred to as the workshop] for free through the QR code on the tent card in the venue. 
3. This promotion does not accept purchases of New Yaohan cash coupons, Deli Lafayette, Challenger Auto Services Limited, or any other transaction receipts without the New Yaohan logo or any value-added services; cancellations and refunds of transactions will not be accepted.
4. The workshop will be held on May 10 and 11, 2025 at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) from 11:00 to 12:00 noon and 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Each member can only register for one session and can bring one person to participate. Members need to receive a text message notification to be considered successfully registered. When participating in the day, members must present their real-time membership QR code and the original confirmation text message (not a screenshot). Each session is limited and first-come, first-served.
5. The game coupons given out in the promotion are valid until May 9, 2025; the coupons and shopping vouchers are valid until May 10, 2025, and the end time is subject to the system display. They will be invalid after the expiration date and will not be reissued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be made. The opening hours of the " Ring Tossing " game are 12:00-20:00; the opening hours of the " Gashapon " game are 10:00-22:00.
6. The game coupons given out in the promotion are not applicable to designated counters and products, including but not limited to the purchase of wine on sale, cigarettes, cigars, infant formula milk powder, electronic game consoles and game software, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, SAI HANG Communications, Delivery service charges, clothes alteration, parking fees, all gold jewelry products of Gold Touch Jewellery Company, CHANEL counters and any top-up service. And it cannot be used in conjunction with "Group Staff Cash Coupon Discount Privilege", other special items and superimposed discount promotions. Please ask the staff for details before use.
7. Customers must first register or activate as a member to participate in this promotion. When registering, you must present the member's real-time QR code and the eligible machine-printed receipt on the day. If you cannot present the eligible machine-printed receipt and member's real-time QR code, you will be deemed ineligible to participate. Late registration for prize collection will also be deemed to have waived the right to claim the prize and will not be reissued.
8. When using all e-vouchers issued for this event, you must present the real-time QR code for verification. Screenshots are not accepted. Once redeemed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and no reissue will be made after expiration.
9. If customers need to return or exchange products, the relevant redemption records will be cancelled on the New Yaohan database after the return or exchange, and New Yaohan has the right to request the return of the prizes received.
10. The order transaction only calculates the amount of the deposit paid on that day, while the remaining deposit transactions and balance transactions are calculated independently. Payment must be made during the event period to participate, and the amount of balance paid on that day is calculated.
11. The machine-printed receipt for the instalment payment will calculate the full amount of the instalment.
12. Participate in the New Yaohan social media GIVEAWAY and complete the designated steps to get an extra chance to participate in the game. Each member is limited to one extra gift.
13. Members participating in the promotion are obliged to confirm that all the member data provided is correct. All data shall be subject to the data in the New Yaohan database. If anyone modifies data records by hacking or other improper means to disrupt the event, his/her participation and/or winning qualifications will be invalidated. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against relevant people involved in violations.
14. New Yaohan will not be held responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure.
15. After participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read and understood the content and constraints of the above terms and conditions and agree to accept such terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the content of the terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If customers do not agree with the revision or update of the promotion terms and conditions, or do not accept any of the terms and conditions, they should immediately suspend or cancel their registration. In the event of any dispute, New Yaohan reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decision of this event.
