Welcome Double Rewards

From 1 to 30 September, 2025, New Yaohan will hold an exclusive event called “Welcome Double Rewards "for new joint members. During the promotion period, Members who join the “New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme” for the first time will receive Double rewards! The rewards details are as follows:

Reward (I): New joint and existing members will receive 1,000 extra NY points upon activating their Star Membership account.

Reward (II): New joint and existing members who spend MOP5,000 or more within 30 days from the date of activation can receive an additional 4,000 NY points. And they can get an additional 9,000 NY points if they spend MOP10,000 or more within 30 days from the date of activation. Eligible members must register at the VIP Concierge to receive the extra points.

【Welcome Double Rewards】Terms and Conditions

Reward (I):
1. During the promotion period, you can get 1,000 extra NY points by meeting the following conditions:
(I) New Yaohan Elite Member who activates and registers for the first time to become a member of the “New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme”.
(II) General customers registering for the first time to become members of the “New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme”.
2. There is no upper limit on the number of members who receive the rewards. During the event period, each member can receive a reward once.
3. If the original New Yaohan VIP member's membership information is incorrect/incomplete and cannot be activated, please go to the VIP Concierge on the 11th floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or the VIP Concierge of NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) for manual activation. We reserve the right to request members to provide proof of identity to verify and process requests for information changes.
4. The validity period of the NY points is from the quarter in which the NY points are obtained to the last day of the same quarter of the following year.
5. New Yaohan reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the terms and conditions related to this offer at any time. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the right of final decision. These terms and conditions are provided in Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Reward (II):
1. During the promotion period, within 30 days from the day of registration/activation as a member of the “New Yaohan Reward Membership Programme”, you can register to receive an additional 4,000 NY points by spending a minimum of MOP5,000 at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store), NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store), New Yaohan Outlet (Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal Store) and New Yaohan eStore. Cumulative spending of MOP10,000 or more can be registered to receive an additional 9,000 NY points, and the calculated amounts are not cumulative.
2. Manual registration is carried out at the VIP Concierge on the 9th floor of New Yaohan (Nam Van Store) or the VIP Concierge of NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store).
3. Extra points will be credited to the member’s account within 30 working days after registration.
4. Cancellation and refund of transactions will not be accepted. Orders must be picked up before they are included in the calculation.
5. There is no upper limit on the number of participants in the event. During the event period, each member will receive a reward once.
6.
