Remarks:
The validity period of member points is from the quarter when the points are earned for the last day of the same quarter of the following year.
The validity period of the member level is calculated from the first activation date of the member to the day before the same date of the following year. The member level is determined by the accumulated consumption amount of the member during the validity period. If the consumption reaches the standard, they will be automatically upgraded. The newly upgraded member level will take effect after the member achieves the required accumulated consumption, and the maintenance or adjustment of the member level will take effect the day after the current membership level expires.
Members can redeem a New Yaohan MOP50 e-cash coupon for every 10,000 accumulated NY points.
Exclusive car parking privileges are only applicable at New Yaohan (Nam Van Store).
Priority passes are only usable in designated cashier, promotional events and event bookings.
Members can enjoy 5% cash discount or 3% credit card discount on designated regular-priced electrical appliances at New Yaohan by presenting their membership number (Discounted items, Sai Hang Communication products, mobile phones, computer products, Apple products and Xiaomi products are excluded).
All NY points accumulated by existing New Yaohan members from 1 January 2023 to 31 January 2024 will be automatically transferred to the New Yaohan “Reward Membership Programme”, initial membership qualifying for an elevated tier will be automatically upgraded for a period of one year from February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. For Jade Membership after the transfer, membership will be calculated for one year from the date of membership activation/registration.
